(Summary description)To further strengthen the grassroot cadres’ sense of respecting, learning, obeying and applying laws and better practice the principle of "whole-heartedly serving the people", Shengheng lawyers Fan Zhenzhi and Kang Yingxin gave a themed lecture to residents in Guanghui Sub-district, Yuhong District of Shenyang on the morning of April 15th, 2021.

　　为进一步增强基层干部尊法、学法、守法、用法意识，更好地践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，2021年4月15日上午，盛恒律师事务所律师范振之、康潆心走进沈阳市于洪区光辉街道办事处，开展了一场《民法典》专题讲座活动。光辉街道司法所组织全街道13个行政村的“两委”班子成员：党支部书记、村主任、治保主任、调解主任以及普法宣传员、百姓评理员等近百人参加讲座。
 
 
　　范振之律师在讲座中主要围绕《民法典》中与百姓生活息息相关的物权编、继承编、侵权责任编等内容做了深入浅出的讲解，并结合近年来司法实践中的一些经典案例进行了剖析。讲座内容丰富、阐释精当，既有理论高度，又有生动案例，对深刻理解《民法典》具有很强的针对性和指导性。此次讲座活动，让《民法典》走进基层，走到百姓身边，让大家认识到《民法典》对自身利益保护的重要意义，营造了学法用法的氛围，增强了广大干部群众的法治观念与法律意识。
 
　　《民法典》是新中国成立后首部以法典命名的法律，是推进全面依法治国、完善中国特色社会主义法律体系的重要民事法治保障。《民法典》被称为指导社会生活的“百科全书”，既是保护自身权益的法典，也是全社会成员都必须遵循的规范，是一部固根本、稳预期、利长远的基础性法律。
 
 
　　令在必信，法在必行。《民法典》的实施和普及，离不开律师的专业力量。《民法典》颁布实施以来，盛恒律师事务所及各分所通过多种渠道和方式积极开展普及宣传活动，多次走进街道、社区、金融机构、企业等举办专题讲座，并在多个微信群中进行日常宣传。未来盛恒律师事务所将继续多渠道、多层次、多方位推动《民法典》的学习宣传和贯彻实施，让《民法典》走进寻常百姓家，让法治观念更加深入人心，使《民法典》真正为民所用，成为捍卫人民群众权益的有力武器。
