Service Scope: mergers, division, capital readjustment of enterprise, and other kinds of restructuring transaction and strategic investment; design of company and asset acquisitions plans and the relevant due diligence; agency for enterprise bankruptcy application; agency for creditor’s due diligence against the bankrupted enterprise in bankruptcy case; agency for creditor’s exercising preemptive rights and reclaim rights; agency for making plans of or participating in the business of pre-reorganization, bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation cases for creditors, debtors or investors, and other relevant obligees in bankruptcy case; making an integrated plan for enterprise in crisis sorting and disposing claims, debts and assets.
