Service Scope: (1) intellectual property right lawsuit: Lawsuit cases of trademarks, patent and copyright infringement, anti-unfair competition, as well as administrative lawsuit cases relating to trademarks and patent. (2) non-lawsuit-related intellectual property right: domestic and international application for trademark registration, and re-examination; application for trademark opposition, response to opposition, re-examination and response to re-examination; application for revocation of trademark, response thereto, re-examination and response to re-examination; trademark invalidation and response thereto; transfer, change, renewal, withdrawal and cancellation of trademark; filing of trademark licensing contract; patent application, invalidation, re-examination, OA reply, exploration of patented technologies; application for copyright registration; record filing of intellectual property right with customs; Double Soft Certification (assessment on both software products and enterprises), and certification of new and hi-tech enterprises.
