Department of Legal Counseling Affairs 

Service Scope: (I) Daily legal services: 1. Legal counseling relating to civil, criminal, administrative, and non-litigation proceedings; 2. Drafting and reviewing the contracts and the relevant legal documents needed by corporate clients when handling foreign affairs, and providing legal opinions at request; 3. Participating in the drafting of and revising contract management system to realize normative management and use of contracts; 4. Participating in contract negotiation, making negotiation strategies and plans, reviewing commercial contracts; 5. Providing corporate clients with legal opinions for their important operation decisions and key economic projects, writing Legal Opinion, and taking part in the relevant negotiations and arguments if necessary; 6. Issuing lawyer's letters in the name of legal adviser according to the needs of clients; 7. Offering strategies for client’s protecting copyrights, patents and trademarks and giving advises on risk prevention and control, and providing counseling services for client’s making decision on patent application and protection; 8. Assisting corporate clients with reviewing, drafting, modifying and formulating perfect "Labor Contract", "Articles of Association", "Employees Code" and "Labor Discipline Handbook", etc., to help them improve relationship between employer and employees; 9. Learning about the execution and performance of corporate clients' labor contracts on a regular basis to help them regulate their employment practices and assist them in preventing and handling labor disputes arising from and in connection with salaries, work injury, dismissal, social insurance contributions and compensation, etc.; 10. Offering regular and targeted legal guidance to clients’ management and holding legal trainings for their employees in order to improve the legal sense of them. (II) Special lawsuit legal services: 1. Agency for Party A’s Lawsuits: accepting Party A’s entrustment to act for Party A in all relevant lawsuits and arbitrations, and to handle and solve other disputes for Party A; 2. Other important special legal services agreed on by both parties through negotiation.
