　　2021年3月31日下午，辽宁盛恒律师事务所召开“《律师行业突出问题专项治理方案》专题学习大会”，律所执行主任徐锋镖律师就市司法部门会议精神传达、律师专项治理工作部署作了发言。律所专职律师、合作律师、实习律师、律师助理、行政辅助人员及党员等近百人参加了本次会议，为盛恒的律师专项治理工作夯实了基础。
 
 
　　盛恒律师事务所执行主任、高级合伙人徐锋镖律师，盛恒机构管理部部长高瑞伏律师，盛恒党支部书记杜建伟律师，主管律师李毓晨、李明远、乔延宏等律所主要领导出席了本次专题会议。主管律师李毓晨传达了沈阳市司法局、沈阳市律师协会关于沈阳市律师行业突出问题专项治理学习教育动员部署会议精神，并重点传达了市司法局副局长、市律师行业党委书记宋坤赤的动员讲话；执行主任徐锋镖律师作了主题教育讲话，并专门就市律师协会通报的近两年沈阳市律师违法违规执业案例、市司法局律师工作管理处处长杨越对沈阳市律师行业专项治理方案的讲话精神进行了深入解读。
 
 
　　主管律师李毓晨着重向与会人员传达了《沈阳市律师行业突出问题专项治理方案》的会议精神，并提出现今律师行业突出问题和典型案例，同时强调注重律所党建工作的重要性，以党建带动律所建设，逐步提升律所的凝聚力与发展力。随后，执行主任徐锋镖律师就盛恒所如何开展律师专项治理学习教育、以及下一步的律师专项治理自查核查工作进行了具体安排部署，带领大家学习了解律师专项治理工作的目的、意义、整治的重点内容、工作开展的方式、时间要求、纪律要求等，并就市律协通报的近两年沈阳市律师违法违规典型案例进行解读，教育律师们以案例为鉴，时刻铭记律师执业的警戒线，压实律师工作人员的责任感，以切实把这项治理工作落到实处，不留死角。

　　本次会议同时明确，首先全所上下要提高思想觉悟，统一认识，提高政治站位，深刻理解并落实律师专项治理工作的重要意义；其次，要坚持落实专项治理工作任务，要注意与全国政法队伍教育整顿搞好衔接，注重与司法有关单位的配合衔接，积极支持各地分所开展好律师专项治理教育整顿工作。专项治理工作要主动接受纪检监察机构、巡视巡查单位的监督，以点带面，推动专项治理深入持久；再次，专项整治活动要与党建工作有机结合起来，与习近平法治思想的学习、党史学习教育有机结合，推进本次治理工作深入开展；最后，要结合律师行业特点进行专项部署，细化举措，分段推进，加强督促指导。会议反复强调，要加强盛恒全所律师队伍的常态化学习教育工作，律师与党员要率先开展好学习教育与自查自纠，全国各地分所要同步开展好相关活动，完善制度机制，总结提升，推动全所律师队伍政治素质进一步提升、服务为民意识进一步增强、行业风气进一步好转、律师管理机制更加完善，为此次律师行业专项治理工作贡献一份力量！
