【案情简介】
借款人宫某、张某与招商银行股份有限公司某分行借款合同纠纷一案，法院于2018年1月下达判决，招商银行股份有限公司某分行胜诉。我所律师于2018年3月代招商银行股份有限公司某分行向法院申请强制执行。执行过程中，由于抵押房产由借款人的内弟范某某居住且拒不腾房，导致本案一度无法执行。
【盛恒成果】
经我所律师积极协调法院及相关部门，并为强制腾空房屋做好了充足的准备，执行法官最终同意强制腾空抵押房产。2018年6月13日，我所律师会同法院、公安、社区的相关人员一同到抵押房产处进行强制腾房，将范某某一家人强制从抵押房产处清出，将屋中的所有物品强制搬出，并一一做好了记录。为此，我所律师还自行垫付了搬家费1200元，换锁芯费160元。腾空房产后，法院最终执行回全部欠款，本案顺利结案。
