【案情简介】
2007年5月29日，马来西亚某某银行与某某公司签订贷款协议，某某公司借款7000万元，同时签订项目账户转让协议，约定将在某某支行的账户下的全部权益转让给马来西亚某某银行，此后，某某公司向某某支行发送转让通知，某某支行向马来西亚某某银行回函确认知晓账户转让之情况，并确认该账户单独由马来西亚某某银行操作。2014年8月18日，2014年10月14日，马来西亚某某银行某某支行发函查询上述账户情况。2015年6月25日，马来西亚某某银行发函要求支付截止到2009年3月21日的上述账户内的存款116181797.78元未果，诉讼到法院。

诉讼过程中，马来西亚某某银行变更了诉讼请求，此案经审理，法院判决驳回了马来西亚某某银行的诉讼请求。
