【案情简介】

2019年4月，刘某某在沈河区夜市一家面馆就餐，期间与张某某、王某某等人发生争执，被对方多人按在地上殴打。刘某某气不过，叫来四个同乡，又与张某某、王某某互殴，导致饭店财产严重受损。由于事发地在夜市，居民密集，此事在周边造成十分恶劣的影响。事发后，刘某某被公安部捉拿归案，检察院以寻衅滋事罪将刘某某起诉至法院。
