【案情简介】
座落于沈阳市委对面的某工程某项目，拖欠盛京银行某支行贷款3.1亿元，因开发商A置业公司涉及重大诉讼事项且主要资产部分被司法查封，某支行的贷款面临巨大风险。

- 查清其他债权人的债权金额。因为本案被告财产被盛京银行申请查封，盛京银行取得诉讼主动地位。
最后，在辽宁省高级人民法院的主持下，双方达成了和解。
