　　【欧洲时报记者陈磊图文报道】8月22日，正在德国进行访问的辽宁省侨务代表团拜会德国辽宁总会代表，并参访了盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所。
 
辽宁省外事侨务办公室副主任高爱华（后排左四）和德国辽宁总会会长巩捷（后排中）等参访盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所。
 
　　盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所负责人王珩律师亲切迎接辽宁省外事侨务办公室副主任高爱华带领的代表团一行六人，双方进行了简短的工作会谈。会后，德国辽宁总会分别和沈阳市及鞍山市侨务办公室签订了建立友好合作关系协定书，并举行了沈阳市及鞍山市驻法兰克福联络处的挂牌仪式。
 
　　辽宁省外事侨务办公室副主任高爱华对记者表示：“此次到访法兰克福，是专门来拜会德国辽宁总会的侨胞们。在德国成立德国辽宁总会意义十分重要，它搭建起我们与德国交往的平台。”
 
 
　　高爱华介绍到，辽宁省与德国的双边交流越来越多，常住辽宁省的德国人达到两万三千人，投资项目超过410个，2015年双边贸易额达到70多亿美元。作为中国制造2025与德国工业4.0战略对接合作的重要载体，沈阳中德产业园成为国家批复的第一个以中德高端装备制造产业合作为主题的战略平台。高爱华说：“希望德国辽宁总会一方面能够团结旅德的辽宁侨胞，另一方面也能够积极推动辽宁与德国进一步的合作关系。随着双方交往的深入，律师事务所也发挥着更加重要的作用。据悉，盛恒将于今年11月18日在上海主办‘中德2016上海国际投资与技术研讨会’，也希望盛恒将来在辽宁来办类似的活动，将好的企业、人才、技术带到辽宁来。”
 
 
　　当日，辽宁省海外交流协会还聘请德国辽宁总会会长巩捷为海外协会理事，并颁发证书。巩捷高兴地表示：“感谢省领导的信任，争取不辜负重托，积极发挥在德辽宁人的作用，努力促成中德之间各个领域的交流与合作，为家乡的振兴出力。”德国辽宁总会成立于2015年，旨在以乡情为纽带，为在德辽宁父老乡亲凝聚乡亲力量、互相支持、共同发展提供一个平台。该会已由注册时的10多人，发展到目前的170名会员。法兰克福盛恒律师所于今年8月5日正式开业，系首家在德国成立的中资律师事务所。该所将以新的法律服务模式为中德两国企业开展跨境投资提供支持。
