　　2016年8月5日，当地时间上午10：30，盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所于开元名都酒店举行了开业庆典仪式。法兰克福市长办公室外事局负责人Bouillaut女士（图1）、法兰克福律师公会第一副主席兼司库Benckendorff先生（图2）、法兰克福莱美两河地区国际投资促进会外事和中国部负责人罗百韬(Mr.BertramRoth)先生（图3）、德国中小企业联合会主席vonNetzer先生(图4)、德国陶特洛夫技术学院常务总经理Langoff先生（图5）出席了庆典并致辞。此外，当地多家中资机构负责人及新闻媒体均出席了本次庆典。

　　盛恒律师事务所成立于1999年。经过三代律师十几年的共同努力、开拓进取，目前已在中国大陆全资设立十余家分所，业务已经在中国大陆全面展开并辐射到港、澳、台地区。2016年盛恒律师事务所正式进驻法兰克福，作为首家在德国获批的中国律师事务所，盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所的成立，标志着中德两国间的经贸交流将在法律方面得到更加全面有力的保障。法兰克福律师公会第一副主席兼司库Benckendorff先生在他的致辞中对盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所来德发展表示出极大的肯定与鼓励。

　　盛恒律师事务所负责人王珩律师（图6）在致辞中提到，随着盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所的开业，盛恒律师为中国和德国企业提供一种全新的法律服务模式，即“东道国一次委托，解决两国法律问题”。这种新型服务模式的出现将降低企业的成本，提高企业的效率。

　　会议最后，盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所综合部部长Mathias先生（图7）公布了我所下一步的工作计划，暨将于2016年11月18月在中国上海主办“2016中德国际（上海）资本技术博览会”。该博览会将为中德两国企业跨国发展提供一个“面对面”交流合作的平台，促进两国经济进一步紧密合作。
