　　盛恒律师事务所作为德国首家中资律师事务所，受邀参加2016中欧领导人会晤暨第十一届中欧工商峰会。李克强总理和欧盟委员会现任主席容克先生等分别发表了有关新形势下中欧继续加深合作的主题演讲。会议由中国贸促会会长姜增伟主持，会议主题是全面合作谱写新篇——促进工业升级、双向投资和互联互通，对接“一带一路”倡议与欧洲发展战略，中欧双方企业家600余人与会。
