　　中新网沈阳6月6日电 (记者朱明宇)辽宁省司法厅6日发布消息称，内地首家中资律师事务所在德国成立，旨在促进东北老工业基地沈阳的中德装备园振兴发展。

　　中德高端装备制造产业园(以下简称中德装备园)是中德两国在沈阳共同建设的产业园区，规划面积48平方公里，重点发展智能制造、高端装备、汽车制造业、工业服务和战略性新兴产业。目前，园区内有汽车及零部件、智能制造、先进机械装备等德国企业投资项目144个，已建成37个。

　　据相关负责人介绍，作为首家在德国获批的中国律师事务所，辽宁盛恒(法兰克福)律师事务所正式成立，并加入德国律师公会，为中德两国企业提供法律服务。作为中德装备园的法律服务单位，将与德国国际合作机构、德国商会、德国中小企业联合会建立紧密联系，扩大中德装备园的国际影响力。

　　目前，该律师事务所已在德国为中德两国企业提供法律咨询和股权收购等工作，使众多德国企业从中了解到中国的政策和法律，提高进入中国市场的竞争优势。

　　中国驻德国大使馆经济商务参赞处王卫东公参表示，当前中德两国经贸关系密切，双向投资合作不断深入发展，希望首家在德国成立的中资律师事务所在遵守德国法律的基础上为两国企业提供高效服务。
