　　2021年1月20日，盛恒律师事务所（以下简称盛恒所）与中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园中德发展（沈阳）离岸创新服务中心有限公司（以下简称中德装备产业园离岸中心）成功签署战略合作框架协议，共同宣布正式结成深度战略合作伙伴，为沈阳优化营商环境助力。
　　盛恒所与中德装备产业园早在五年前就已结缘，在中欧贸易协定指引的大背景下，盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所在2016年建所不久，即与中德装备产业园携手合作，为其输出德国企业风控知识、法律知识以及发展趋势等重要信息和行业价值，帮助中德两国企业双向跨境投资提高效率、降低成本做出了积极努力。基于2016年在境外建立的友好合作关系，双方期待在国内的合作能够更进一步，通过拓展多领域合作，实现双方优势互补、融合发展的目标。此次战略合作框架协议的签署，盛恒律师事务所将依托自身强大的全球化国际律所背景，协助对方增强综合服务能力，为双方会员企业提供更加高效优质的法律信息与服务。中德装备产业园也将凭借自身的综合实力、技术力量、整合营销以及为德国企业服务积累的多年经验，帮助盛恒律师事务所实现更多的发展新目标。

中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园
　　中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园位于沈阳经济技术开发区，规划面积 48 平方公里，核心区规划面积 20 平方公里。园区北面是面积达 65 平方公里的已建成的工业企业聚集区，南面是风景秀丽的沈阳浑河，西面是宝马铁西工厂，东面是建成区。按照相关部署，产业园将创新装备制造业发展模式，创新对外开放合作模式，加强“中国制造2025”与“德国工业4.0”战略的高效对接，实现中国市场与德国技术优势互补，将中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园打造成为国际化、智能化、绿色化的高端装备制造业园区。据悉，目前德国西门子电控及信号系统、德国库卡机器人应用研发示范中心、德国EWS集团数控机床刀具制造、宝马研发中心二期、德国中小企业产品展览展示中心、中德企业创新中心、德国DB物流等重量级项目与企业已纷纷入驻该园区。
