(Summary description)On December 30th, 2020, 2021 Shengheng Law Firm Annual Working Conference was held in grand meeting hall of Shengheng Shenyang Headquarters. Xu Fengbiao, Executive Director of Shengheng Law Firm Headquarters, Yu Wei, Deputy Director of Shengheng’s Greater China Operation and Management Center, Gao Ruifu, Director of Shengheng’s Greater China Organization Management Department, Liu Zhetao, Standing Deputy Director, and Qi Chi, Deputy Directors of Shengheng’s Greater China Organization Management Department, and main responsible persons of Shengheng Headquarters’ management team, attended the conference.

　　2021年度工作会议于2020年12月30日，在盛恒沈阳总部大会议室圆满举行。
 
 
　　盛恒律师事务所总部执行主任徐锋镖律师、中国区运营管理中心副部长于威、中国区机构管理部部长高瑞伏、机构管理部常务副部长刘哲涛、副部长齐驰，以及总部管理团队主要负责人共同出席了本次会议，全国各地分所分总、分所执行主任、分所各模块主要负责人通过网络连线的方式远程参加了本次年度工作会议。会议围绕2020全年盛恒律师事务所的发展情况进行总结，针对2020-2021年度工作展开深入探讨，并对新一年的整体工作展开规划部署。会议由盛恒总部运营管理中心于威部长主持。

　　会议伊始，盛恒总部运营管理中心于威部长就盛恒律所2020年工作总结、2021年工作规划展开发言。除了回顾2020年的工作成绩外，于部长还谈到律师事务所要实现长期发展，势必要深入了解行业发展，深入研究新法律法条内容，实现科学化运营，增加盛恒的品牌影响力。盛恒未来发展要围绕争做国内规模化律所、打造精英律师团队的目标迈进，坚持业务立所、人才兴所、党建强所的工作思路，统筹发展，顺应时代发展趋势，围绕专业化客户服务，打造全球一站式法律服务平台，满足社会各界日益增长的法律服务需求。

　　总部执行主任徐锋镖律师就各地分所的建设、业务情况以及一年来案件的办理和结案情况等展开介绍，并针对2021年盛恒发展新布局与法律事务工作进行了说明。未来盛恒的管理系统、业务系统、客户服务系统将更加全面地优化，实现律所管理的便捷化与科学化，极大地提升运营管理能力与法律综合服务水平。

　　随后的会议上，盛恒总部机构管理部常务副部长刘哲涛、机构管理部副部长齐驰、薪酬绩效模块主管王东宇等各大部门主要负责人就盛恒各地人员配置与培训、2020年部门工作总结、分所机构发展、薪酬考核、组织评定、人才培养等相关工作进行了深入介绍与交流。
 
 
　　同时，会议还以线上视频的方式向全国各地优秀团队颁发了2020年度盛恒优秀团队奖，通过优秀团队取得的示范性成绩，总结经验，号召大家向表现优异的团队学习，谨慎认真地对待工作中的每一个细节，精细钻研，勤勉务实，不负重托，并期待盛恒人以更加专业的能力、一流的态度、卓越的表现为中国法律事业贡献一份力量。
