(Summary description)Organized by the CPC Committee of Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Justice, the CPC Committee of Shenyang lawyers industry, and Shenyang Municipal Public Legal Service Center, the training class offered by volunteer lawyers for legal aid in Shenyang was held on December 5th, 2020.

　　2020年12月5日，由沈阳市司法局党委、沈阳市律师行业党委、沈阳市公共法律服务中心联合举办的“沈阳市法律援助公益律师培训班暨开班仪式”在沈阳宾馆举行，盛恒律所的杜建伟、李毓晨、孟庆峰、于丽红、田志虎、刘书玲共六名律师应邀参加。此次培训着重培养法律援助公益律师的社会责任感和使命感，增强律师队伍为弱势群体服务意识，提升沈阳市法援公益律师的服务水平。
 
 
　　近年来，随着社会经济的飞速发展，各类民事、刑事案件复杂程度攀升，民众特别是低收入家庭、弱势群体对于专业律师的需求也在逐步增多。目前市面上缺乏针对广大律师就法律援助事务进行体系化培训的活动，年轻律师初出茅庐，不管在职业技能、案件诉讼，还是政治觉悟上都缺乏经验，需经验丰富的司法从业者带领培训学习，增强律师们在公益法律援助方面的专业能力，提升沈阳市公益法律服务的整体水平。鉴于此，沈阳市公共法律服务中心首次面向社会公开招募法律援助公益律师，共有229名律师自愿报名从事公益法律援助服务事业。2020年12月5日适逢国际志愿者日，“沈阳市法律援助公益律师培训班暨开班仪式”在沈阳宾馆如期举行，共有218名律师齐聚一堂，共同参加了此次培训。沈阳市公共法律服务中心主任郝树韫同志，沈阳市律师协会党委副书记、秘书长杨越同志，沈阳市公共法律服务中心分管法援工作负责人张秀荣同志出席了开班仪式。郝树韫主任在开班仪式上做了开班动员讲话，祝贺沈阳市法援公益律师培训班的正式开班，同时感谢业内各位同仁的支持与奉献，向他们致敬，也向甘愿牺牲周末时间、醉心业务钻研的各位律师致敬；最后向广大律师发出动员，希望有更多的律师加入法律援助公益队伍，增强责任感、使命感和荣誉感，以良好的职业素养、丰富的法律知识、悲悯的人文情怀，为弱势群体和低收入家庭提供便捷的法律服务。
 
 
　　此次培训为期一天，邀请了中共沈阳市委党校法学教研部主任、教授、律师、沈阳市政府法律顾问于天英和全国人大代表、辽宁省律师协会副会长、沈阳市律师协会副会长、辽宁安行律师事务所主任、沈阳市政府法律顾问李宗胜，分别以《以习近平法治思想为引领开展法律援助工作》和《诉讼案例解析》为主题进行了精彩授课。内容既有政治高度、又有法律实践经验，使参加培训的律师收获满满。培训结束，沈阳市公共法律服务中心将根据志愿者律师的专业特长，就刑事、民事、行政、知识产权保护等领域建立法援律师库，发挥各位公益律师的优势，更好地投身到法律援助公益服务中去。
