　　本次讲座以WHU-Otto Beisheim管理学院教授Serden OZCAN博士《德中企业投资并购》的课题研究为开场，从经济学的角度深入的阐述了两国间企业的投资并购关系。
　　之后，我所M&A领域高级律师Tim A. FONGERN先生讲述了目前在华外商投资的法律框架，特别是将于2020年在中国生效的《中华人民共和国外商投资法》的特殊规定。FONGERN律师认为，随着中国各种法律法规的不断完善，必将为更多的国际投资者提供更加稳定、开放的营商环境。同时，一个严谨的法律体系，必然坚定国际资本的投资信心。
 
 
　　来自FalkenSteg的Jochen WIERZ先生通过案例分享的方式讲述了“怎么成功在中国建立一家中德合资企业”。 同时WIERZ先生又通过大量实例，幽默的讲述了如何在中国拓展更多的合作伙伴，以及中德合资企业是在中国市场经营中的优势地位。
 
 
　　最后，Inna GEHRT女士阐述了Mandarin Capital Partners的商业模式。 通过三个M&A案例的研究分享，她全面解释了意大利中小企业是如何在风险资本的助力下成功打开中国市场的。 GEHRT女士的观点指出，对于德国中小型企业而言，目前开拓中国市场绝对是企业一个新的增长契机，并且很多的企业已经完全融入中国当地的经营环境，取得了一定的经营优势，同时强调中小型企业应正确、合理合法的运用风险资金模式。
