　　2015年9月22日，辽宁盛恒律师事务所在辽宁股权交易中心正式鸣锣挂牌，成为东北地区首家挂牌律师事务所。时隔八年，继澳大利亚斯莱特•戈登开创全球首家公开上市的律师事务所先河后，辽宁盛恒已成为法律服务行业又一颗冉冉升起的耀眼之星。
