During the discussion, both parties introduced their basic information and cooperation intentions. The Law Department of China Agricultural University, relying on its disciplinary advantages in serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, has formed distinct characteristics in the field of agricultural and rural rule of law. It is highly integrated with modern agricultural technology, data governance, and industrial development, and has broad theoretical research space and legal service needs. Director Zhang Junxi introduced the development layout, business system, and foreign-related legal service advantages of Shengheng Law Firm, which has been deeply rooted in Germany for many years. He stated that Shengheng has long been deeply involved in the construction of agricultural and foreign-related legal systems, and looks forward to exploring diverse cooperation models with Agricultural University in talent cultivation, practical research, social services, and other areas.
In the seminar session, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as agricultural legal services, foreign-related legal cooperation, and the differences and boundaries of legal practices between China and Germany. They unanimously agreed to deepen cooperation in academic research, topic tackling, project consulting, and other areas to provide intellectual support and practical guarantees for digital rural construction, foreign-related legal talent cultivation, and agricultural legal services.
This symposium deepened the understanding between both sides and laid a solid foundation for deepening practical cooperation in the future. In the future, both sides will further strengthen interaction and communication, jointly explore new paths for the integration and development of legal education and legal practice, promote complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, and jointly contribute to the construction of social rule of law.
