She also shared a case she handled: a child was injured and disinterested in school due to campus bullying, and parents were struggling to determine whether to claim compensation for mental damages. Lawyer Yu reminded that "claiming compensation for mental damages requires disability assessment. If identified as an 'incomplete capacity person', it will have a profound impact on the child's future." The parents in this case ultimately abandoned their claim, emphasizing that they must be cautious when facing such issues.
Children's questions are more sincere. A child asked, "My classmate apologized for being 'playful', but I don't want to forgive. What should I do?"
