2020年12月4日是第七个国家宪法日，今年全国“宪法宣传周”的主题为“深入学习宣传习近平法治思想，大力弘扬宪法精神”。12月4日，王珩主任组织盛恒律师事务所律师走进沈河区风雨坛街道桃源社区，开展“12·4与宪法同行，法制宣传在身边”活动。

在活动现场，盛恒工作人员向在场的社区居民发放了宪法宣传资料，普及了《宪法》《民法》等法律条款，就宪法部分内容进行了讲解，着重讲解了维护宪法权威是每一个公民的义务和职责。同时，盛恒工作人员还就部分居民对民法中的问题咨询进行了解答，并向居民宣传反金融、反电信诈骗等知识，提醒居民增强自我安全防范意识，抵制违法行为，尤其是积极预防和减少中老年群体被诈骗事件的发生。
