2021年4月17日，王珩主任组织盛恒律师事务所律师范振之、康潆心走进沈阳市于洪区光辉街道办事处，开展了一场《民法典》专题讲座活动。光辉街道司法所组织全街道13个行政村的“两委”班子成员等近百人参加讲座。

讲座中主要围绕《民法典》中与百姓生活息息相关的物权编、继承编、侵权责任编等内容做了深入浅出的讲解，并结合近年来司法实践中的一些经典案例进行了剖析。此次讲座活动，让《民法典》走进基层，走到百姓身边，让大家认识到《民法典》对自身利益保护的重要意义，营造了学法用法的氛围，增强了广大干部群众的法治观念与法律意识。
