为顺应日益增长的国内及跨国投资并购业务需求，解决并购过程中出现的法律和财税问题，王珩主任组织盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所邀请在投资并购与整合领域具有丰富的经验的李男律师，在德国通过视频连线的形式，为沈阳从事涉外法律服务工作的律师做了题为《德国的投资并购与整合》的专题讲座。

本次讲座由盛恒律师事务所与沈阳市律师协会及沈阳市律师协会涉外与自贸区法律专业委员会、行业交流与外事专门委员会共同主办，于5月15日下午在市律协会议室举行。市律协相关领导及来自沈阳市各大律所的涉外律师等共计30余人参加。

通过本次讲座，帮助大家了解更多德国投资并购业务知识，打开一扇了解和提升国际投资并购业务知识的窗口，有益于在各自的涉外法律服务工作中切实为中外委托人全面解决国际化发展中遇到的法律和财税问题。
