本所律师代理的前国内知名足球运动员，教练员与其所属的职业足球俱乐部集体劳动争议纠纷一案，系国内首例职业足球运动员教练员集体诉职业足球俱乐部之间的劳动争议纠纷系列案件。

本案结果不仅确立了职业体育运动员与其所属的职业俱乐部之间劳动争议纠纷，不属于人民法院管辖的司法标准，同时为我国职业运动员劳动权利被侵犯后的维权方案选择明确了方向。本案历经中国足球协会仲裁委员会、地区劳动争议仲裁委员会、一审法院判决、二审法院维持原判、后二审法院又撤销判决、一审法院重新改判等程序最终定案。其中，盛恒律师与各级办案单位深入研究现行相关立法规范及法律适用，不仅就案情反复磋商研判，同时就管辖相关问题多次深入与中国足球协会沟通协调。该案的判决结果成为我国司法领域审理同类型案件的典型判例，首次正面以司法判决形式为我国职业体育运动员与所属职业俱乐部之间的劳动争议纠纷受案管辖确立了标准。该案例被沈阳市中级人民法院评为“2017年度优秀案例”。
