【案情简介】

被告辽宁某某集团有限公司与原告签订最高额综合授信合同，以辽宁某某集团有限公司、辽宁某某铝合金精深加工有限公司、辽宁某某铝业有限公司房产、土地及机器设备抵押。后期辽宁某某集团有限公司在原告处办理流动资金借款、银行承兑汇票、供应链融资等业务17笔，合计60亿元，到期后未能如约偿还，原告委托盛恒律所律师诉讼至沈阳市中级人民法院，清请求偿还债务本息并实现抵押权，同时对被告抵押的房产、土地机器设备进行了保全查封。
