【案情简介】

沈阳某某社区曾经是沈阳红极一时的高档别墅区，突然之间开发商和物业“人间蒸发”。2006年6月下旬“某某”项目问题全面爆发，部分业主直接到省里及北京上访，省政府批示解决后，沈阳市政府多次召开专题会议研究，并由沈阳市政法委亲自督办。

【盛恒成果】

2009年我所代理中国银行某某分行处理该案件的标的额达一亿五千万元，由于开发商尚未找到，涉及业主197名，且有部分业主上访，社会影响很大。所里成立了20名律师组成的某某办案组，在促请法院审理的同时，耐心对业主进行解释及法律咨询，化解了业主与银行的对立情绪，使案件得以顺利进行。

该案在审理期间，沈阳市委书记两次指示，最终法院下达了全部裁判结果，维护了银行的资产安全。截止目前，我所律师代理的上述案件，仍是沈阳各区法院唯一受理某某公司系列案件的原告案件，其他涉及某某公司的当事人案件法院一律不予立案，如前期已经立案，也已中止审理。
