某项目拖欠盛京银行某支行贷款3.1亿元，因开发商某置业公司涉及重大诉讼事项且主要资产部分被司法查封，支行的贷款面临巨大风险。本案涉案标的较大，而且案件对委托人及广大购房业主有非常重大的影响。
