该案被执行人某森林野生动物园、某高尔夫俱乐部有限公司拖欠多家债权人借款，在辽宁省高院与沈阳市法院就涉案18起，其中拖欠本所代理的某某银行本金就达8000万元。由于债权人众多，被执行人财产有限，两级法院对所有关于野生动物园的执行案件一直处于停滞状态。

面对这一情形，本所律师通过协调省、市两级法院，先行启动了某某银行的执行案件。在本案的执行过程中，又发生动物园老虎死亡的事件，国家林业部、省市两级政府介入此案监督，对本案的执行工作带来较大阻力，政府部门及被执行人借机给法院施加了很大压力。
面对上述重重困难，本所律师在各级法院和各债权人之间进行了无数次沟通，最终克服了重重阻力，促使法院将动物园名下的土地使用权测绘分割，以相应部分裁定抵债给银行，在其他债权人案件无任何进展的情况下，使银行成为第一个实现全部借款本金及利息的申请执行人。
