【案情简介】

2003年在沈阳筑起的豪华型住宅在沈阳可谓是名噪一时，但部分业主入住后发现，炙手可热的楼盘有的存在不能办理产权证，有的被法院查封，有的存在银行抵押，有的存在一房二卖，让许多业主安居梦想无法实现。该项目引发的问题在沈阳引起轩然大波，成为全国新闻媒体关注的焦点，在社会上引起了广大的影响，多家媒体都刊载了相关报道。沈阳市政府对此情况也给予高度重视，市长亲自督办该案件。

【盛恒成果】
