【案情简介】

盛京银行某某支行经以物抵债，收回商业房屋一处，与李某某签订房屋买卖框架协议，约定在总行同意的情况下，将案涉房屋出售给李某某，此后李某某清理房屋后占用案涉房屋，但未能与某某支行就房屋买卖签订最终协议，后该房屋由某某酒店使用。

【盛恒成果】

某某支行起诉某某酒店腾房给付占用期间的占用费，一审法院支持支行的请求，二审法院撤销一审判决，盛恒律师作为代理人代为向最高院申请再审，最高院审理后裁定由最高院提审，经过代理人不断努力，最高院提审后依法重新作出判决，支持了支行腾房的请求，取得了胜诉的结果。
