学生李某系沈阳某知名学校集团小学部在读学生，李某在课间休息时去卫生间过程中被同学绊倒产生人身伤害，因与校方、加害方协商赔偿事宜未达成一致，后李某家长将该学校集团诉至沈阳市某区人民法院主张赔偿，一审判决该学校集团对李某受伤事实承担主要责任。收到一审判决后，该学校集团不服判决，上诉至二审法院。
