盛恒律师多年来一直担任省直建工企业集团的法律顾问，在2019年年初该集团公司收到内蒙古自治区某中法邮寄送达的传票及诉讼材料，原告系河南一公司，要求集团公司承担近6000万元的工程款本金及利息。

由于案情重大，集团公司领导非常重视，律师经查阅案涉证据发现系有人冒用该集团公司在黑龙江某市注册了一家分公司引发，于是律师主动联系约见了本案主审法官，经沟通后得知主审法官系该院民二庭庭长，由于标的额巨大该院也非常重视此案。
律师表示该分公司非我集团公司在当地注册，系有人冒用集团公司名义注册，现该分公司已经被该人注销，该案系该分公司存续期间签订合同引发。主审法官表示即便注销也应由集团公司来承担经济责任，因为针对该人的注册注销行为集团公司没有报案记录，现有证据不能免责。
律师申请延期开庭获准后，立刻到该分公司的注册地公安机关报案同时到市场监督管理局反映情况，后公安机关不予立案。市场监督局也拒绝将该分公司的注销状态改正为撤销状态，为此，律师对该局提起了行政诉讼，在诉讼压力下该局同意上请省局后变更红盾网上的对外登记状态，后律师撤回行政诉讼的起诉，同时拿到了当地市监督管理局出具的该分公司撤销的证据材料，至此该分公司注册与注销都与集团公司撇清，拿到该材料后第一时间与办案法官取得联系，受案法院组织开庭后驳回了原告对集团公司的全部诉讼请求，并将该案件中出现的犯罪线索及证据移送到公安机关，该案件经过律师的不懈努力最终得以圆满解决。
