【案情简介】
2013年12月10日某征收管理办公室和某街道办事处 和沈阳某汽车配件厂签了《耕地地上物征收补偿协议》，支付部分补偿金额后，剩余600余万元未支付。
该汽车配件厂因资不抵债，不能清偿到期债务，于2018年8月31日向沈阳市浑南区人民法院提出破产清算申请，浑南区法院于2018年9月3日，作出（2018）辽0112破申2号民事裁定书，裁定受理该汽车配件厂破产清算申请。
【盛恒成果】
该笔征收补偿款是该汽车配件厂的主要财产，盛恒律所作为管理人就该补偿款提起诉讼，整个诉讼案件经理了大东区法院一审，沈阳中院二审，二审发回大东区法院重审，发回后大东区法院移送浑南区法院管辖，浑南区法院申请沈阳中院指定管辖，沈阳中院指定高新区法院审理多个程序，最后该案件在高新区法院一审以调解结案。
整个诉讼程序中，管理人投入大量的时间和工作，先后到沈阳市中级人民法院、自然资源局浑南分局、浑南区市场监督管理局、浑南税务局等部门调取证据，为保证案件的顺利进行，先后垫付三次诉讼费。调解后的补偿款400余万元用于清偿该汽车配件厂欠付的职工债权。该汽车配件厂作为僵尸企业，以自有资产清偿职工债权比例达到61%，受偿职工近400人，有利于解决职工安置问题，维护职工稳定。
