梁某诉沈阳市城市综合行政执法局某区执法分局、沈阳市沈河区某街道办事处的强拆行为。

2016年，某区行政执法局依据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》在顺通市场内拆除区内违规搭建建筑物，原告认为行政执法部门拆除房屋存在违法行为，同时政府部门存在违规出售房屋的情形。一审程序中，由于案涉房屋建于2003年，时隔近二十年，可供提交法院的资料较少，本所律师在接受委托后仔细查阅了有关部门现存的档案资料，并对相关人员进行了询证后，对房屋的性质、出售程序等情形进行合法、合规性论证。最终，本所律师为代理的街道办事处取得了理想的判决结果。
