涉案项目是沈阳市近20年来具有广泛关注度的重点“停、缓、建”项目，因项目涉及数千户居民及各主体之间的广泛争议，积累了严重的社会问题和数百件诉讼案件，是和平区及沈阳市政府历经十余年未能解决的重大历史遗留问题之一。盛恒律师的委托人系在2000年前与某某公司合作联建的实际投资和建设方，但开发后的楼盘被某某公司违约私售、备案后损失惨重，全部房屋均在自2006年开始诉讼仅确认了对其中八套房屋享有所有权。
【盛恒成果】
盛恒律师自2015年10月代理案件以来，做了大量细致工作，在全国范围内逐一核实80余套房屋备案不实的可能，从两家已经更名4次并注销的企业纸质档案中找到可能的（无身份证信息）备案人材料，逐一向沈阳中院举证、说明，并在充分沟通的基础上变更了部分诉讼请求。本案庭审即进行四次，历时两年多，最终沈阳中院完全支持了盛恒律师所代理的委托人的诉请，并在后续强制执行过程中排除无初始登记等种种障碍，最终于2018年10月历时三年一次性办理下70余套房屋的所有权证书，为整个项目中通过司法途径单次取回房产之最。
