某某（大连）科技发展有限公司告北京某某教育科技股份有限公司信息网络传播权侵权纠纷。某某（大连）科技发展有限公司系涉案作品共8个板块的动画作品（以下简称“动画作品”）合法著作权人。某某（大连）科技发展有限公司发现北京某某教育科技股份有限公司未经授权许可，在其官网、作品库及独立网站上传、提供了上述动画作品，并以招投标协议或其他形式，在全国大范围合作方的微信公众号或官网平台上向公众提供并散布上述动画作品的在线点播服务，致使公众可以在选定的时间和地点获得该等作品。
