　   　为进一步强化律师行业基层党组织政治功能，全面提升律师行业党组织书记、党务工作者政治素质和党务工作水平，2020年11月21日-22日，由辽宁省律师行业党委举办的全省律师行业党建工作示范培训班（第一期）在辽宁沈阳市于洪区阳光宾馆举行。辽宁省司法厅律师工作处处长、辽宁律师行业党委副书记何可人主持会议，并作了相关主题演讲。培训覆盖了辽宁省内各大主要律师事务所，共计158名代表参加。辽宁盛恒律师事务所应邀派遣党务人员，参加了此次党建工作示范培训班活动。

　　 此次党建工作培训活动共分四场，分别为“全省律师行业党建工作情况及下步工作任务”（省司法厅律师工作处处长何可人主讲）、“从加强行业党建视角谈律师事务所建设”（辽宁省律师行业协会会长杨兴权主讲）、“国家周边安全与国际热点问题”（辽宁大学国际关系学院教授李淑云主讲）、“十四五规划和二〇三五年远景目标解读”（省委宣传部副部长孙成杰主讲）四大主题内容，培训采用了演讲、教学、专题辅导等方式进行，全体参训人员集体参加了为期两天的学习。省司法厅律师工作处处长、辽宁省律师行业党委副书记何可人率先作了“全省律师行业党建工作情况及下步工作任务”专题辅导，简要介绍了辽宁省律师行业的背景、现状、人员队伍构成和党建工作主要特点，详细解读了党的政治、组织、廉洁、群众、工作、生活六大纪律，并对各律所的党组织书记、党务干部贯彻落实律师行业党建工作及下步工作任务提出了明确要求。

　　  辽宁省律师行业协会会长、省律师行业党委副书记杨兴权同志在随后的培训中强调，要深入学习贯彻习近平新时代党的建设和组织工作重要思想，践行新时代党的组织路线，落实新时代党的建设总要求，不断提高律师行业党建质量和水平；要深刻认识律所党建工作的重要作用，聚集主业主责，突出特点特色，创新方式方法，调动律师队伍的主动性，注重实际实效，以改革创新精神推进新时代律师行业党建工作的发展；要认真践行“五个过硬”要求，时时修炼、事事看齐、处处对标，着力建设政治过硬、本领高强的高素质专业化律师党员队伍；要珍惜培训机会，端正学习态度，弘扬优良学风，严守各项纪律，树立和维护律师重党性、讲规矩、守纪律、护法制、明底线的良好形象，为我国的法治建设尽一份力量。

　　   培训的第二天，辽宁大学国际关系学院教授、辽宁大学党委常委李淑云作了“国家周边安全与国际热点问题”的专题辅导，从“国际政治与经济形势简述”“十九届五中全会对国际形势的判断”“国际关系与党的工作趋势走向”等几个方面进行了详细讲解。   　　
省委宣传部副部长孙成杰作了“十四五规划和二〇三五年远景目标解读”专题辅导，对“经济+文化+党建”的背景、现状、趋势和实施等工作进行了全面介绍，重点对“十四五规划”进行了解读。

　　 培训结束后，参会的各律所党务代表们纷纷表示，此次培训班举办得很及时、很有必要，专题培训与辅导具有很强的针对性、即时性和实操性，通过培训进一步提高了各律所对党务工作重要性的认识，解决了党务工作中的一些难题。盛恒律师事务所参会的党务代表，也在盛恒所的党建工作微信群里传达了此次培训会议的主要内容。
　　 下一步盛恒律所党支部将坚持以“政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正、服务优”为标准，进一步夯实盛恒及全国各地分所的基层党建工作基础，扎实推进党支部规范化建设，充分发挥盛恒基层党组织的政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。同时，盛恒律所还将进一步加强内部培训，提升党员综合素质，积极组织优秀党员和入党积极分子参与司法部门党委、律师行业党委举办的各类党建活动，为推动整个律师行业党建工作发展添砖加瓦。
