　　2018年11月17日上午，盛恒（法兰克福）合伙人Tim A. Fongern先生接待了上海代表团一行，上海代表团主要成员有：上海市浦东新区法制办主任黄爱武，浦东新区发改委秘书袁先生，浦东新区巡视组组长罗先生，浦东新区综合处副处长邢女士，浦东新区政策法规处处长徐先生，浦东新区组织部顾问张女士等。
 
 
　　Tim A. Fongern先生向考察团介绍了盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所及盛恒全球化发展进程，并针对英国脱欧在法律和财税方面的国际影响进行了阐述。报告后，双方又对中德两国的律师执业环境以及律师事务所组建等不同之处深入交流、共同探讨。
 
 
　　黄爱武主任表示此行高度贴合上海市浦东新区地方政府加强法制建设的需求；学习欧洲法律事业发展经验；促进浦东新区律师事业发展。此次访问受益良多，期待今后进一步加强双方联系和合作。
