　　近日，中华人民共和国审计署代表团一行22人莅临盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所交流访问，中德律师协会秘书长、盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所合伙人律师 Tim. A Fongern先生热情地接待了各位来宾。
 
 
　　首先，Tim. A Fongern先生代表盛恒律师事务所致欢迎词并向代表团介绍中德律师协会及盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所的发展历程和成就。其次，德国华人律师李男先生就“德国的法律体系”进行了介绍并对当前的德国审计与法律现状进行了深入的阐述。会后双方针对中德两国税收与法律差异进行了深入讨论，并提出了很多有利于审计发展方向的法律建议。
 




 
　　最后，Tim. A Fongern 先生代表盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所与审计署领导交换纪念品。通过本次交流访问，加深了中国审计部门同盛恒律师事务所之间的相互了解，为双方今后开展更深入合作夯实了基础，指明方了向。
