　　由辽宁盛恒律师事务所、盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所、中德律师协会（CDAV）及德国法兰克福大学共同主办的《两个数字世界——在欧洲和中国的数据保护和数据安全》学术交流会，于德国当地时间2018年6月4日在德国美因河畔法兰克福大学法律与金融研究所成功举办。会议由法兰克福大学法律与金融研究所Friedewald博士主持，盛恒律师事务所邱晶晶、杨雨龙等律师代表，从国内赴法兰克福参会。

　　会上，各参会嘉宾针对2018年5月25日生效的、被称为“史上最严数据保护条例”的欧盟《一般数据保护条例》（GeneralDataProtectionRegulation，简称GDPR）及中国《网络安全法》的展开了热烈、充分的讨论，Neuland的合伙人ChristofferBortz博士、GreenExcllence的合伙人Krebs博士及盛恒（法兰克福）律师事务所合伙人方TIM律师应主办方之邀分别做了题为《数据保护，数据安全和数据所有权-国际公司GDPR的影响》、《创新，数字化和数据安全指出了能源行业的价值链》和《中国网络安全法及其对国际公司的影响》的演讲，中国银行法兰克福分行法律与合规主管KaiJodlauk、DZBank首席信息官UdoMilkau博士、SAPSE首席高级法律顾问PhilippZikesch等嘉宾也分别在会上发言及回答提问。

　　会后，参会各方在冷餐会中继续深入交流，会议圆满里程。

Shengheng Law Firm holds 2026 mid year work conference

Recently, Shengheng Law Firm held a mid year work conference for 2026. All colleagues gathered together to summarize work, review gains and losses, assess the situation, and deploy tasks, in order to gather consensus and clarify direction for the second half of the year and future development.
